CEO/ EMS Chief– Christopher Colletti

I currently serve as the Chief of Operations at Wakefield EMS, a role I have held after progressing through various positions since joining the organization in 2009. Throughout my tenure, I have gained valuable experience, starting as an EMT and advancing to the role of EMS Chief. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy traveling with my wife and son, attending sporting events—particularly baseball, as well as the occasional race and football game. Additionally, I work part-time as a nurse in our local emergency room.

COO/ Deputy EMS Chief– Tanner Ettinger

I serve as the Deputy Chief of Wakefield EMS after beginning as a staff AEMT in January of 2019. Throughout my time here, I have progressed into various leadership roles and became a Paramedic in September of 2021.

As Deputy Chief, I seek to grow our providers and provide the best care to our community. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College after moving here from Williamsport, PA, and finding a new home here. 

CFO/Human Resources-Trisha Colletti

The Financial Coordinator at Wakefield EMS is responsible for managing the agency’s financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of budgets, billing, and financial reports. This position involves overseeing revenue generation, including billing for EMS services, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, and managing reimbursement processes. The Financial Coordinator works closely with senior leadership to develop and track budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities, helping to maintain fiscal responsibility across all operational areas. They also assist with financial forecasting, audits, and reporting, ensuring that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

In addition to financial management, the Financial Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting funding initiatives, such as grant applications, donations, and partnerships. They collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals and ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both internal stakeholders and external auditors or funding bodies. The Financial Coordinator helps ensure the financial health of Wakefield EMS, enabling the agency to continue providing high-quality service to the community.

Captain-August Prince

August Prince serves as the EMS Captain at Wakefield EMS, bringing over a decade of dedicated service across multiple disciplines. He began his career in the U.S. Army, where he served honorably for six years as a Cavalry Scout and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Tier 3 combat medic. During his military tenure, August led small teams and squad-sized elements in operations across various global regions, supporting U.S. interests in dynamic and high-risk environments.

Following his honorable discharge, August transitioned into the civilian first responder field, continuing his commitment to public service. He earned his Firefighter I and Emergency Medical Technician certifications at the Shumaker Public Safety Center and served as a Firefighter/EMT in Dauphin County. He later relocated to Lancaster to attend the Paramedic Program at St. Joseph’s University, Lancaster Campus.

August is a Nationally Registered Paramedic with additional certifications in technical vehicle rescue, water rescue, wildland rescue, and advanced austere medicine. His passion for emergency medicine is especially focused on technical rescue and providing care in high-threat and unconventional environments, including wilderness settings.

Beyond his local service, August has volunteered internationally, offering advanced prehospital care in austere conditions and active combat zones. His unwavering dedication to delivering care in the most demanding circumstances continues to define his career and contributions to emergency medicine.

Transport Director-Tina Stauffer

Hi, my name is Tina Stauffer. I serve as the Transport Director and a Human Resource Representative at Wakefield EMS. I’ve been with the company as a volunteer since 2022 and accepted my career position in 2023. I have grown in so many ways as a provider, a person, and a friend. Wakefield is not just a company; it’s home.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have two daughters, a son, and two grandchildren. I enjoy time outside, traveling, the mountains, swimming, sunrises/sunsets, and COFFEE!!!!

I always say days may feel long, but time is short, so live like today is your last. Don’t let others hold you back from your future, whatever that may be. DECIDE, COMMIT, FOCUS, and SUCCEED!!!

Education Coordinator-Stew McKinsey

 I have been with Wakefield EMS for 15 years. I have served many roles, including Assistant Chief, Lieutenant, and BLS Captain. I currently hold the position of Training Officer as well as serving on the Human Resources, Public Relations, and IT Departments.

I have watched Wakefield EMS grow and love the direction we are headed. I pride myself with being a part of an amazing team of providers and administrative staff that always puts “Community First”.  

Asst. Education Coordinator-Jeremy Rodriguez

I serve as the Assistant Education Coordinator at Wakefield EMS, where I’ve progressed from an AEMT and Instructor into my current leadership role. My experience has allowed me to grow both clinically and in education, supporting the development of providers within the organization.

Outside of EMS, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my wife, two daughters and son, and traveling to Florida. I also enjoy deep-sea fishing in the outer banks of Maryland. I also serve as the CEO of a local company on my days away from Wakefield EMS.

Public Relations Coordinator-Ally Chew

Ally McDowell currently serves as the Public Relations Coordinator for Wakefield EMS, where she plays a key role in fostering strong relationships between the organization and the community. She began her EMS career in 2020, initially volunteering with the team before transitioning into a full-time position. In addition to her role at Wakefield EMS, Ally is a Registered Nurse (RN), working in the Emergency Room at a local hospital since 2022.


Passionate about both her career and her family, Ally enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Travis, and their young daughter, Oakley. Outside of work, she embraces the joys of motherhood and enjoys being outdoors in pleasant weather.


With a deep commitment to service, Ally continues to learn and grow in both her professional and personal life.
