For over 45 years, Wakefield EMS has proudly provided emergency medical services to the southern Lancaster County region. As we continue our mission, we remain committed to delivering the highest standard of care to the residents of Fulton, Little Britain, Drumore, East Drumore, and surrounding communities.

Wakefield EMS is proud to be a community-driven, volunteer-based organization. In addition to 911 emergency response, we offer a variety of services and programs throughout the year to support the health and safety of our neighbors.
